The special animals which you can see in Myrtle Beach

Ramses, the cheetah-

Ever had a close encounter with a cheetah running at 60mph? In Doc Antle’s conservation park, you get to see a sight of Cheetah running in the wild which you can miss within a blink. Cheetahs are rapidly getting extinct and the number is decreasing so fast that they might not last. Doc Antle decided to adopt Ramses from South Africa and since then he is entertaining the crowd.

Bubbles, the elephant-

In 1980, the safari rescued an African elephant from getting killed by poachers whilst the entire herd is slaughtered for their tusks. Bubbles survived and is brought to the preservation centre, enjoying her life without the fear of getting killed. Weighs almost 9000 pounds, Bubbles appeared in various movies. Now, she is one of the main attractions of the Myrtle Beach Safari.

Ahren, an eagle-

Ahren was rescued from Tanzania by Doc Bhagavan Antle when he was about to die due to dehydration. After months of treatment, the bird is living a wonderful life in the conservation centre. This African fish eagle is the national bird of Zambia, South Sudan and Zimbabwe. Ahreh’s loud, iconic cry, barbed feet and amazing feathers garner a lot of attention.

Hercules, the liger-

What can be more thrilling than playing with a liger, which is a crossbreed of lion and tiger. Hercules, the world’s biggest cat holds Guinness Book of World Records and is 11 feet tall, weighing over 900 pounds. He consumes almost 20 pounds of beef or chicken and is not afraid to swim.

Apart from these animals, there are several other endangered and rare species which are preserved by Doc Antle in his zoo. Take a tour of this safari park and you will be awestruck with their sights.
